Head of Quality & Reliability in the Semiconductor industry - Singapore based role

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive Quality and Reliability standards across semiconductor operations. This role will lead QA teams, define quality standards, enforce compliance, and collaborate across functions to ensure excursion-free product ramp-up. Strong leadership and hands-on experience in semiconductor operations are essential.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years in semiconductor backend operations, with 5+ years in management experience in multi-cultural, global customer environments 
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quality tools, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and experience in customer interactions are essential.
