Head of Global Customer Service Team
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive excellence across our worldwide service organization. This critical role focuses on developing local first-line and global second-line service teams to ensure reliable manufacturing capacity for customers. The role requires building a scalable service infrastructure including people, parts, and tooling to support growth in the US, Asia, and Europe.

Key requirement
- 5+ years in a management role in global customer service or technical support, preferably customer-facing in the semiconductor industry, with experience developing regional service teams and starting up new service locations.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong understanding of service levels, cost and revenue management, and early involvement in the product development process to prepare teams for installation and sustaining products on customer sites.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. International travel is required.
