Key Requirements:

• Ability to articulate compelling value propositions and demonstrate strategic insight into customer investment directions and patent focus areas
• Previous experience in a semiconductor equipment company, particularly in MI is essential
• Hands-on, driven, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and build high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of customer needs with the ability to translate technical knowledge into business growth
