Korea Country Head
We are seeking a senior executive to lead the company's full business operations, commercial strategy, and market expansion in Korea. This dual-accountability role combines Country Leadership and Sales Leadership responsibilities.
- Country Leadership/Strategic Serve as the primary representative in Korea, providing strategic and operational guidance, overseeing P&L, and ensuring excellence across all functions.
- Commercial Leadership/ Head of Sales Drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market penetration within Koreas semiconductor industry.
The Country Head will strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensure exceptional execution across Sales, Service, and supporting teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping Koreas long-term growth. This role also influences regional strategy and represents the company with government bodies, industry leaders, and key semiconductor accounts.

Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor or equipment industry, including 5+ years in senior commercial, sales leadership, or country leadership roles
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing key semiconductor accounts, engaging with senior client executives, and leading high-value, complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across Sales, Service, Operations, and Support functions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive-level influencing skills
