Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing mix elements, ensuring that solutions are developed and/or adapted in adherence to brand manifesto and guidelines.
  • Propose and manage the brand communication budget and campaigns: strategic campaign planning, media planning, media buying, and creative development.
  • Manage partnership with other brands or KOL to amplify the awareness campaigns.
  • Actively collaborate across function and streams as required on campaign end to end planning, execution, monitoring, building insights to action report.
  • Plan and manage tactical branding programs that are effective.
  • Be a culture ambassador and advocate of our company values; be it through relationships cultivated internally or externally.

Role Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of consumers value drivers, brand choice drivers and performance dynamics.
  • Highly creative storyteller who can design the narratives and strongly influence the creative development process.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic yet creative problem solver.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who could come up with branding initiatives without overly reliant on large-scale paid advertising.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing successful both brand and marketing Integrated (ATL + BTL + Digital) campaigns.
  • A good communicator, and must be able to deal with different stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
  • A strong self-starter, with a willingness to take responsibility and make things happen collaboratively.
  • Being agile in working under a high-paced and dynamic environment through continuous iteration to answer the market and customer needs.
  • Ability to take the initiative and make consensus decisions, and to articulate clearly and precisely what are the needs of customer through various scenarios.
