Key Responsibilities:

Culture and Engagement:

  • Conceptualize culture and values in Aplikasi Super based on employees personas, and further propagate and internalize the company's culture and values to each Sedulur Super.
  • Interlink companys overarching strategies (short-term to long-term) and activities with our culture and value.
  • Design, build and execute a portfolio of people experience activities (engagement, employee story, etc.) to bring our culture and values to life.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of the company's goal to create Aplikasi Super as a place where each Sedulur Super is valued, recognized and appreciated.
  • Conduct Sedulur opinion survey as a part of employee health check analysis while gauging culture adoption.

Employer Branding and Communication:

  • Establish Supers Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in alignment with Aplikasi Super culture and values, thus translating the said EVP into Employer Branding strategy and offerings peculiar to Aplikasi Super.
  • Create powerful and creative ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns derived from our EVP to build a sense of pride for our internal employees while attracting talents to the organization.
  • Define, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding guideline across the company.
  • Actively build Supers network ubiquitously among relevant professional communities and universities, as well as organize offline talks and events along with relevant stakeholders from the business-side to enhance Supers presence in the community.
  • Develop content planning and create communication campaigns consistent with recruitment strategy through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Conduct internal and external research to learn/understand how the company is perceived and positioned by stakeholders, focus groups, or various sources.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field, creating strategy and hands-on execution of a range of culture campaigns including content creation, creative, and branding.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Employer Branding strategies to be able to establish the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
  • Creative, well-organized and able to establish social media and print- and web-based recruiting campaigns under short deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in managing website content and working with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression).
  • Comfortable in managing various nuances of challenges in building up standards and practices from scratch, with passion towards start-up environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
