Key Responsibilities

Manages and supervises the Accounts Payable & Account Receivable department (including team members)

Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness

Ensures the AP and AR flow within the companys financial obligations are met efficiently

Will be in charge of data entry, validation, and processing of various types of invoices

Keeps track of the status of all transactions taking place within the company and external vendors

Role Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related majors

Min. 4 years of experience in AR & AP functions

Experience in handling AR & AP processes especially in retail industry

Strong business acumen and analytical skills

Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
