General Job Description:
- Identify and target new markets, new buyers, and new channels
- Prospective lead via exhibitions, online platforms, referrals and market research
- Develop and manage a qualified prospective pipeline
- Generate new lead and convert to customer
- Achieve sales target and email marketing target
- Research market trends, competitor pricing and buyer behavior
- Arrange rice sample to buyer
- Solving customer complaint properly
- Work smoothly with forwarder, carrier and purchasing ocean freight
- Prepare sales proposal and quotations and close sales
- Prepare shipment and ensure they are in order, follow up to get payment
- Work with buyer regarding bag's artwork design and coordinate with designer to complete it correctively or design it if necessary
- Issue Proforma invoice, Sales and Purchasing contract, brokerage commission
- Work with laboratory for analysis on the sample and booking external surveyor for container inspection
- Submit Weekly sales report and prospective report to Export Manager and cc General Manager
Key Accountabilities:
- Generate new lead and convert to customer ratio
- Build good relationship with buyers to create future sales
- Update marketing intelligent and proposal new market
- Pushing and arrange buyer's shipment correctly and on time
- Cooperate well with team to create common goal
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in sales and marketing, preferable in liner or forwarder
- Independent self-starter with strong ownership mentality
- Planning and Negotiation skills
