Job Summary

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Officer to provide operational support in purchasing, document control, supplier coordination, shipment follow-up, and inventory tracking to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect quotations and prepare price comparisons.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Assist supplier communication via email and phone.
  • Prepare and file purchasing documentation.
  • Track international and local shipments; coordinate customs clearance with forwarders.
  • Support warehouse team for receiving goods and maintain logistics documents (Invoice, PL, COA, BL/AWB).
  • Update stock, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in tracking expiry/slow-moving items and support reporting/database updates.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years of experience preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and import documentation.

  • Detail-oriented, good follow-up, and organizational skills.
