Main Responsibilities:

Learning and Development

  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with learning policies.

Performance Management

  • Lead the annual KPI setting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor and track employee performance against KPls.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
  • Support managers in coaching and development plans for staff.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to align learning and performance strategies with organizational goals.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning & development or performance management.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
