Architect (Chinese Speaker)

1. Scope of Work:

The Architect supports the design and development of residential and commercial projects Group. This role is responsible for preparing architectural designs, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring project quality and compliance. We welcome candidates with strong technical expertise and design experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design, quality, and timeline.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, standards, and company guidelines.
• Assist in design presentations, reports, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate in English; Chinese language skills are preferred.


Working Conditions:

• Working Day : Monday to Friday
• Working Hour : 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Workplace:

• The Architect is based at Head Office, Project Management Department.

Relationship:

• The Architect works under supervision and reports directly to the Senior Project Manager.
