Ramyun Production Line Executive

Job Summary:

The Ramyun Production Line Executive is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the ramyun production process to ensure smooth operations, product quality, and production targets are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily ramyun production processes and production plans.
• Ensure production output meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the production process.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
• Monitor production line performance and report any operational issues to management.
• Ensure production procedures and safety standards are properly followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to minimize production downtime.
• Prepare daily and regular production reports as required.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with ramyun/noodle production is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of Khmer and English is an advantage.
