General Manager

The Role
As the GM, you are the bridge between the Board's vision and the operational reality. You will oversee every department—Commercial,
Operations, Finance, Law, and Construction—ensuring that silos are broken and milestones are hit. You are the final decision-maker for all
site-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution: Drive the Master Execution Plan to ensure the 2027 "Go-Live" is flawless.
P&L Management: Full accountability for the Phase 1 budget, including CAPEX oversight and OPEX efficiency.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor the executive leadership team (Heads of Commercial, Ops, Finance, etc.) to create a high-performance culture.
Government & Key Stakeholder Relations: Act as the face of the Company with high-level officials (MPWT, GDCE, CDC) and major
global shipping lines.
Risk Mitigation: Anticipate bottlenecks in construction or licensing and implement "Plan B" strategies to protect the launch date.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the transition from a "Construction Project" to a "24/7 Logistics Hub" is seamless, safe, and tech-driven.

The Seasoned Leader: You have managed large-scale industrial operations or ports and understand the complexity of moving
thousands of TEUs monthly.
The Diplomat: You navigate the Cambodian business landscape with ease and have the gravitas to negotiate with global logistics
CEOs.
The Disciplinarian: You demand accuracy in reporting and have zero tolerance for safety lapses or financial leakage.

Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in Senior Management within the Maritime, shipping line, freight forwarder, Port, River port, Logistics, or
Infrastructure sectors.
Education: MBA or Master's in Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Skills: Exceptional command of English (Khmer or Mandarin is a significant advantage). Proven expertise in P&L management and
Strategic Planning.
Cultural Fit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where quick decision-making is required.
