About the Company

Our client is one of the leading real estate developers in Cambodia, operating a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a Senior Leasing Officer to support tenant acquisition, relationship management, and leasing operations.

Job Summary

The Senior Leasing Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing qualified tenants, maintaining strong tenant relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the overall leasing strategy of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis on retail trends, shopping mall developments, tenant brands, and competitor activities.
• Identify and approach prospective tenants that align with the project's leasing strategy and tenant mix.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants.
• Perform tenant screening, including background and credit checks, to assess suitability.
• Manage rental applications, security deposits, and rent collection processes.
• Keep tenants informed of lease updates, property matters, and operational changes.
• Support leasing activities to ensure occupancy and revenue targets are achieved.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leasing experience, preferably within commercial properties, shopping malls, or retail spaces.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and proactive attitude.
