About the job Marketing Supervisor
Job Summary:
To develop, implement, and monitor marketing activities that promote the companys products and services. The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting brand awareness, campaigns, customer engagement, and generating leads to support the sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, promotions) according to company objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and report results to the manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure campaigns generate leads and support revenue goals.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image in all marketing materials and communications.
- Ensure consistency of brand message across online and offline channels.
- Support the creation of brochures, flyers, social media content, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze customer feedback, campaign performance, and ROI of marketing activities.
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
- Track digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Collect feedback from events and prepare post-event reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, including lead generation, campaign performance, and market insights.
- Maintain marketing budgets and ensure activities are cost-effective.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-5 years of marketing experience (Construction Building Materials Marketing Preferred).
- Knowledge of social media, content creation, and marketing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic design or digital marketing software (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible at all area of works from Office to Clients Office as well as to join related events.
