Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager to join a dynamic property development business, acting as a key finance business partner to support strategic decision-making, project performance tracking, and overall financial control.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving profitability, cost efficiency, and financial discipline across development projects and corporate finance functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Financial Controller, ensuring strong financial governance and control across the business
  • Serve as a Business Partner (BP Finance) to support project teams, commercial teams, and senior management
  • Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis on project performance, margins, costs, and profitability
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for property development projects and corporate operations
  • Monitor project feasibility, cost control, and cash flow management
  • Provide actionable financial insights to support investment decisions and business expansion
  • Strengthen internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Controller roles
  • Strong experience in Financial Controller or senior finance leadership roles
  • Proven background in Property Development, Construction, or Real Estate industry (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Business Partnering (BP Finance)
  • Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong capability in financial analysis and project profitability evaluation
  • Good understanding of project cost control, cash flow, and feasibility analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
