Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring the company's costing systems, analyzing production costs, and ensuring accurate cost reporting to support operational efficiency and business decision-making. The role works closely with production, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to control costs and improve profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

Daliy Monitoring & Control

  • Assist in monitoring daily operational costs and expenses
  • Ensure cost control procedures are properly followed
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and inefficiencies
  • Daily financial closing
  • AP and AR monitoring
  • Treasury reconciliation
  • Internal control
  • Financial report
  • Compliance and Fraud prevention

Inventory Cost Management

  • Monitor stock movement and control inventory costs
  • Support stock counting and reconciliation processes
  • Investigate stock variances and discrepancies

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze cost data, variances, and operational expenses
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency

Financial Support

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure accurate recording of cost-related transactions
  • Support audits and financial checks

Compliance & Procedures

  • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and SOPs
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Support internal control processes

Coordination

  • Work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams
  • Communicate cost-related issues to supervisors
  • Support cross-department cost control initiatives

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost control roles
  • Strong understanding of cost control, financial reporting, and inventory management
  • Experience with AP/AR, treasury reconciliation, and daily financial operations
  • Good knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and audit processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and responsibility
