Main Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Marketing Officer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, companies, NGOs, and partners.
- Develop corporate packages and healthcare programs (e.g., check-ups, insurance collaboration)
- Conduct regular corporate visits and presentations
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery for corporate clients.
2. Event Management
- Plan and organize marketing events (health talks, campaigns, exhibitions, CSR activities)
- Coordinate logistics, venue setup, and promotional materials
- Work with medical teams for event content and speakers
- Ensure high-quality execution and patient engagement during events
- Evaluate event performance and prepare reports.
3. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, campaigns)
- Support digital advertising campaigns (boost posts, paid ads)
- Monitor online engagement and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with designers/video teams for creative content.
- Other Responsibilities
- Assist in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
- Support branding and promotional material development
- Collaborate with medical and operations teams
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new corporate partnerships
- Event attendance and lead generation
- Social media growth (followers, engagement, reach)
- Conversion rate (leads to patients/customers)
- Campaign performance (ROI, cost per lead)
