Job Summary:
Our client is a leading healthcare company operating in Cambodia, seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales and product promotion for its pharma division. The role involves managing relationships with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and a team of medical representatives to achieve sales and market-share targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales and prescription targets.
  • Promote products to physicians, specialists, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics through medical detailing and scientific discussions.
  • Serve as the technical/medical contact for product formulation questions; coordinate with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospitals, tender committees, and the Ministry of Health.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of medical representatives; set targets, conduct training, and monitor performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams.
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with local laws, industry codes, and internal SOPs.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Proven sales record with strong negotiation and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and persuasive skills.

  • Resilient and goal-oriented.
