Job Responsibility:
- Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Execute sales promotions, launches, and marketing activities
- Monitor sales and stock movement
- Report on stock levels, slow-moving items, and out of stock risks
- Provide accurate sales data and demand feedback
- Coordinate with warehouse, distributor, and internal teams to manage inventory healthily
- Support forecast accuracy by sharing real market demand signals
- Analyze market trends, customer buying behavior, and seasonal demand
- Collect competitor information (pricing, promotions, new products, distribution)
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion
- Provide insights on customer needs and market gaps
- Develop strong understanding of the local market and trade structure
- Communicate effectively with distributors sale team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in sales & marketing esp B2C experiences or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to persuade and build customer trust
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and sales software
- Ability to work independent and able to travel to province as needed
