Job Summary:
The Resort Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, facilities, and staff of the resort to ensure a safe, clean, and exceptional guest experience. This role balances hands-on team leadership with strategic planning, event coordination, and financial reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the resort
- Prepare operational planning.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate recreational programs and events.
- Support marketing promotions, special events, and community programs.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and operational.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Ensure visitors receive exceptional service and support.
- Oversee contractors and service providers.
- Generate operational and financial reports.
- Other task(s) assigned by the management
Main Requirements:
- Having degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in resort, hospitality operations, or management.
- Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
