Job Summary:

The Resort Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, facilities, and staff of the resort to ensure a safe, clean, and exceptional guest experience. This role balances hands-on team leadership with strategic planning, event coordination, and financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the resort
  • Prepare operational planning.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate recreational programs and events.
  • Support marketing promotions, special events, and community programs.
  • Ensure all facilities, equipment, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and operational.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate employees.
  • Ensure visitors receive exceptional service and support.
  • Oversee contractors and service providers.
  • Generate operational and financial reports.
  • Other task(s) assigned by the management

Main Requirements:

  • Having degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in resort, hospitality operations, or management.
  • Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
