Main Responsibilities:

Air Freight Shipment Handling: 

  • Coordinate air import/export shipments with customers, airlines, agents, and trucking companies. 
  • Manage booking with airlines and ensure space confirmation. 
  • Prepare and check all related shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, invoice, packing list, manifest, etc.). 
  • Follow up on cargo status and ensure timely delivery to destination. 
  • Monitor and report any shipment delays or irregularities. 

Documentation & System Updates: 

  • Input and update shipment details accurately in the companys operation system.  Prepare billing, costing, and invoices for customers and agents. 
  • Ensure all documentation complies with customs and airline requirements. 

Communication & Coordination: 

  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and overseas partners.  Coordinate with customs brokers, warehouse staff, and airlines to ensure smooth cargo flow. 
  • Provide shipment updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service & Problem Solving:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers. 
  • Support sales and customer service teams with shipment information when required.
  • Compliance & Reporting: 
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, IATA, and local customs regulations. 
  • Prepare operation reports and performance summaries as required by management.

Main requirement: 

  • Bachelors degree or related field of Logistics, Business. 
  • 12 years of experience in ocean freight operations (import/export).
  • Knowledge of air cargo handling and customs clearance process. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Good in Microsoft Office and operational systems. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and export management software. 
  • English language (spoken
