Job Summary
Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives. This role will drive growth and profitability of pharmaceutical products, oversee brand management, customer engagement, sales force performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Lead and monitor sales team performance; design strategies for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and oversee tenders, contracts, and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage product brochures, advertising materials, digital content, and ensure brand consistency.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to guide product development and expansion.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing staff; set KPIs and implement incentive programs.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in sales & marketing and 2 years in management (pharmaceutical industry experience preferred).
- Proven success in leading teams and achieving revenue targets.
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
