Job Summary

• The CEO — Core Business is the senior professional executive accountable for leading the overall core business operations of Borey. The role is the principal operational leader: translating the strategic direction set by the
  Board into measurable business execution, and strengthening operational effectiveness, capital discipline,
  accountability and professional business governance.
  The CEO operates under the strategic direction of the Board of Directors and supports a clear separation between Family Governance and Business Governance

Main Responsibility

• This role is responsible for translating the Board's strategic direction into measurable business results, driving operational performance, and ensuring effective execution across Construction, Commercial, Finance, HR, QA/QC, and audit functions. The position oversees financial planning, risk management, and governance while leading business modernization initiatives through digital systems and technology. Additionally, it focuses on building a high-performance, merit-based culture, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting the development of future organizational leaders.

Main requirement

• Master's degree preferred in MBA, Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related discipline. A bachelor's degree combined with an outstanding executive record of accomplishment will also be considered.
• 10–15+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Prior service as CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager or an equivalent senior executive role.
• Strong preference for experience in property development, real estate, large-scale corporations or conglomerates.
