Job Summary:

The Ramyun Production Line Mechanician Executive is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing ramyun production machinery to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and inspect ramyun production line machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems and complete repairs on time.
• Respond quickly to production line breakdowns and technical issues.
• Manage and maintain spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure equipment is available and operating efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Main Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ramyun/noodle factory or food production environment.
• Strong experience in maintaining and repairing production line machinery.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience managing spare parts and maintenance schedules.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to respond to urgent machine breakdowns and complete repairs on time.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of Khmer; English is an advantage.
