Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager-HR & General Admin located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR department in carrying out recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Additionally, the role includes general administrative duties such as office management, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. In lieu of this, a diploma from NIL is acceptable to meet the latest local regulations
- Strong HR skills including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in training and development
- General administrative skills such as office management and coordination with external vendors
- Understanding of compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
