The Vision
Client is a landmark infrastructure project designed to redefine Cambodia's logistics landscape. With Phase 1 (River Port &
Inland Container Depot) scheduled for operation soon, we are seeking a visionary Head of Commercial to lead our market,
secure strategic partnerships, and fill our capacity.


The Role
As the Head of Commercial, you will manage sales, architecting the business, key business drive and development. You will be
responsible for the entire commercial lifecycle—from designing the tariff structures, promoting, sale and marketing to signing
the manufacturers, freight forwarder, regional and global shipping lines.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy: Execute the Phase 1 Go-To-Market strategy, focusing on River Port-ICD synergy.
Business Development: Secure non-binding MoUs and firm service contracts with "Tier A" Freight Forwarders and
Shipping Lines.
Tariff & Revenue Management: Finalize and manage the standard and incentive-based pricing models (LOLO, storage,
gate fees, and others).
Customer Experience: Build a high-performance customer service and sales team to support Phase 1 operations.
Stakeholder Relations: Represent APOLLO at industry forums and maintain high-level relationships with clients

Who You Are
The Networker: You have a deep, existing role of Supply Chain Directors, Country Managers or Head operation at major
Shipping Lines, depot, freight forwarder and manufacturers.
The Closer: You have a proven track record of securing multi-year logistics contracts.
The Strategist: You understand the "River vs. Road" cost-benefit and can sell efficiency, not just a price point.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping line, maritime, port and industrial.
Education: Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics, or MBA or any other
Skills: Bilingual (English/Khmer) is mandatory preferred; Mandarin is a significant plus.
Mindset: Ability to work in a fast-paced "construction-to-operation" environment.
