Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for leading all culinary and dining operations across the resort, including the restaurant, coffee shop, and external food vendors. This role focuses on maintaining high quality and service standards, driving business growth through creative marketing and weekend events, and managing everything from staffing to supplier relationships and financial analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all parts related to the food and beverages in the resort- restaurant, coffee shop, and food vendors.
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and services.
  • Develop and monitor sales & marketing plan to support the business growth.
  • Develop food and beverages events at the weekend.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve the activity of the coffee shop, food vendors and restaurant.
  • Identify food and beverage suppliers and supply requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
  • Recruit, train, and manage food and beverage staff.
  • Analyze costs and pricing.
  • Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Identify and evaluate competitors.

Main Requirements:

  • Having degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 5years of experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
  • Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
