About the job Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Proactive sales role in Cambodia to build customer relationships, drive new business, and coordinate road projects (50-70% travel). Requires 3-5 years experience, a relevant degree, Cambodia driving license, strong negotiation skills, and English proficiency (Chinese is a plus).

Main Responsibilities

  • Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting field visits to facilitate collaboration, and provide customers supports
  • Continuously seeks new customers in order to help build the customer base and increase sales results.
  • Customer issue/complaint reports
  • Ensures that all collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms
  • Identity and reports key competitive activity and price changes in order to help develop necessary sales plans
  • Prepare quotation, contract, and delivery arrangement by coordinating with customer, and relevant internal/external parties
  • Able to travel to provinces around 50-70% of the time
  • Progress tracking on road projects construction
  • Research on overall road pavement (asphalt) projects in Cambodia, estimate asphalt demand on those projects.
  • Understand asphalt products and their application.
  • Cooperate with other departments (Operations, Production, Logistic, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers
  • Prepare all documents related to sales and provide them to other teams on times.
  • Monthly report to sales manager
  • Other tasks assigned by sales manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cambodia driving license
  • Bachelors degree in sales or related field especially construction
  • 3-5 years   experience in sales
  • Can do attitude and open minded
  • Strong negotiation interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to travel
  • To maintain record of sales data, customer database, and market information.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
  • English is a must and Chinese is a plus
