Senior Officer, Product Development

Job Summary:

A leading bank is looking for a Product Development Officer to lead the development and enhancement of deposit and financial service products. If youre passionate about product innovation, compliance, and cross-department collaboration, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact in banking.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive development and enhancement of products such as Savings, Current Account, Term Deposits, Digital Saving, E-Account, Sweep Online, etc.
• Design product policies, manuals, and forms in both Khmer and English
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and coordinate approvals with legal and compliance teams
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, Marketing, and external vendors to launch products smoothly
• Prepare BRDs and support UAT to validate business requirements
• Monitor implementation, collect feedback, and resolve product-related issues
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams on product usage and policies
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all related procedures and forms
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of internal workflows, banking products, and customer service processes
• Good knowledge of core banking systems and related platforms
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to respond clearly to internal inquiries and support staff on processes and procedures
