Litigation Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal team in managing cases involving criminal gangs who dishonestly take company assets, particularly vehicles.
- Assist in the follow-up of recovery operations to ensure successful collection of damages in line with company goals.
- Coordinate debt recovery tasks, including monitoring overdue accounts, and follow up with clients and legal representatives.
- Review and verify legal documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to filing or submission.
- Assist in gathering facts, personal testimonies, and documentary evidence for use in legal proceedings.
- Monitor the progress of criminal and civil litigation to ensure timely actions within the statute of limitations.
- Coordinate with police officers and relevant parties in enforcing arrest warrants and court judgments.
- Follow up and expedite the work of external law firms handling litigation cases to ensure timely and effective legal action.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal management team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
- At least 13 years of experience in a legal or debt recovery role.
- Possession of a valid drivers license and ability to travel.
- Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
- Knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
- Strong responsibility, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
- Willing to travel to provinces occasionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Schedule
