Senior Executive, IT

Job Summary:

You'll provide technical support and operational expertise for POS (PointofSale) systems, combining IT knowledge with frontline troubleshooting and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming languages.
• Experience with POS terminals, software systems, and related hardware.
• Familiarity with financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems and software.

Main Requirements:

• A recognized bachelors degree in IT.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in the role.
• Good command of English communication both speaking and writing.
• Able to work fast under pressure. And wish to learn more.
• Willingness to travel to Oversea may be necessary.
