Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance. This role will support the Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely transactions, and contributing to the smooth operation of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Projects Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Prepare, control, and record petty cash transactions for all Siem Reap project(s) in accounting software.

• Issue tax invoices and official receipts to project customers and follow up on pending payments.
• Handle cash and cheque collections from each project and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Reconcile balances for vendor and customer accounts.

Projects Revenue report & Analysis

• Review daily revenue reports submitted by project teams.
• Reconcile daily cash sales with bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
• Prepare double-entry records and monthly journal entries related to the projects revenue.
• Ensure all transactions are supported by proper documents.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare necessary audit documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, and tax regulations in Cambodia.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic, )
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Fluency in Khmer and good working knowledge of English.
