Job Summary:

Our client is a leading provider of security and surveillance systems in Cambodia, offering advanced and customized solutions to businesses, institutions, and residences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, coordinating with agencies, scheduling interviews, and processing hires.
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain and update recruitment plans and organizational structures.
  • Prepare onboarding materials, including contracts and company assets for new hires.
  • Track probation evaluations, monitor performance, and renew contracts as needed.
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, attendance, and terminations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including market research and internal alignment.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
  • Support with other HR tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Chinese language is required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Working Condition:

  • Working day: Monday Friday
  • Working hours: 9:00 A.M. 18:00 P.M.
  • Public Holiday: Follow labour law
