Job Summary:
Our client is a leading provider of security and surveillance systems in Cambodia, offering advanced and customized solutions to businesses, institutions, and residences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, coordinating with agencies, scheduling interviews, and processing hires.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain and update recruitment plans and organizational structures.
- Prepare onboarding materials, including contracts and company assets for new hires.
- Track probation evaluations, monitor performance, and renew contracts as needed.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, attendance, and terminations.
- Administer compensation and benefits, including market research and internal alignment.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Support with other HR tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Chinese language is required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Working Condition:
- Working day: Monday Friday
- Working hours: 9:00 A.M. 18:00 P.M.
- Public Holiday: Follow labour law
