Head of Digital Channels Development

Job Summary:

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a skilled Digital Banking Lead to shape and lead the development of their digital channels, including mobile and web platforms. Youll play a key role in modernizing banking services, improving user experience, and delivering secure, scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with teams across operations, design, compliance, and tech to deliver on-time, high-impact projects
• Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure
• Monitor digital trends and recommend new tools or platform improvements
• Drive user adoption and customer engagement through UX enhancements and feature rollouts
• Define KPIs and monitor digital product performance
• Manage budgets, vendors, and development team growth

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in digital product/channel development, ideally in banking or fintech
• Strong knowledge of mobile/web tech, APIs, payments, card systems, and system integration
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex digital solutions
• Balance of technical expertise and business insight
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
