Job Summary

As the Loss Prevention & Safety Supervisor, you are responsible for protecting people, products, and assets across retail locations. This includes preventing theft, fraud, and shrinkage, ensuring safety compliance, managing surveillance systems, and promoting a strong safety culture through training and awareness.

Main Responsibilities

Loss Prevention & Asset Protection

  • Enforce procedures to prevent theft, fraud, and inventory loss.
  • Monitor operations and POS transactions for suspicious activity.
  • Conduct audits and investigate incidents, reporting findings to management.

Safety & Security Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
  • Lead emergency preparedness activities and coordinate with authorities.

Surveillance & Monitoring

  • Oversee CCTV systems and manage video evidence handling.
  • Supervise internal/external security personnel and ensure policy compliance.

Training & Awareness

  • Lead training sessions on safety and loss prevention for staff and managers.
  • Promote awareness campaigns to reduce risk and incidents.
  • Support onboarding with safety/security orientation for new employees.

Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Track shrinkage, safety incidents, and compliance metrics.

  • Maintain incident logs and follow-up action plans.

  • Recommend corrective or preventive measures to management.

Main Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Security or Risk Management (or related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or safety roles.
  • Strong investigative skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarms, safety protocols, and basic first aid.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Khmer.
