Job Summary:
The Farm Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations of the resort farm, including crop cultivation, livestock care (if applicable), equipment maintenance, and implementation of sustainable agriculture practices. This role ensures productivity, supports guest engagement activities, and aligns with the resorts sustainability and culinary goals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all farm operations: planting, harvesting, irrigation, pest control, and livestock care.
• Develop and implement seasonal crop plans and sustainable farming practices.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to farm workers; monitor performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain and ensure the proper use of farming tools and machinery.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to provide fresh produce and align supply with seasonal menus.
• Work with guest services to create farm tours and activities that enhance guest experience.
• Maintain records on crop yields, pest management, labor, and resource use.
• Assist with farm budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
• Support resort sustainability initiatives including composting, organic farming, and water conservation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local agricultural and environmental regulations.
• Participate in training and assist in resort events as required.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in farm management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of crop cycles, livestock (if any), and sustainable agriculture.
• Experience leading teams and managing daily farm logistics.
