Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Software Development Specialist with strong back-end skills (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot) to lead development projects, support core banking integration, and drive digital solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and efficient code
• Debug and enhance low to medium complexity systems based on business needs
• Lead and support a development team, removing obstacles and guiding tasks
• Drive technology research to support current and future business requirements
• Ensure development follows SDLC, ISO, and internal standards
• Promote the use of digital tools and practices across the organization
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver project goals

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, RESTful API development
• Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins pipelines
• Experience integrating with core banking systems and digital platforms
• Solid knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
• Proficient in automated testing and unit test development

• Familiar with SonarQube and code quality tools
