Job Summary
As Procurement Manager, you'll lead all sourcing activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement of goods and services. You will drive supplier strategy, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to support business goals.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends to manage supply risks and uncover opportunities.

Supplier Management & Contracting

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers.

  • Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and service levels.

  • Conduct ongoing supplier performance evaluations and improvements.

Procurement Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient purchasing.
  • Manage procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote ethical, transparent, and risk-aware procurement practices.

Main requirements:

  •  Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in procurement, including team leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and software skills (Excel, procurement tools).
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Asian languages is a plus.
