Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop local customers and expand distribution channels.
  • Maintain customer relationships so as to increase the market share and customer base.
  • Identify and engage potential channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize coverage and reach within the designated territory.
  • Maintain and deepen customer relationships: Build long-term relationships with channel partners to increase market share and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Provide channel support and training: Assist channel partners with product knowledge, sales enablement, and marketing resources.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis: Gather market intelligence and track industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to refine channel strategies.
  • Manage contract negotiations and agreements: Ensure favorable terms and maintain accountability across channel partnerships.

Main Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
  • At least two years' experience in related industry, familiar with local CCTV brands or IT customers
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English or Chinese
