About the job Channel Account Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop local customers and expand distribution channels.
- Maintain customer relationships so as to increase the market share and customer base.
- Identify and engage potential channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize coverage and reach within the designated territory.
- Maintain and deepen customer relationships: Build long-term relationships with channel partners to increase market share and loyalty.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
- Provide channel support and training: Assist channel partners with product knowledge, sales enablement, and marketing resources.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis: Gather market intelligence and track industry trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to refine channel strategies.
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements: Ensure favorable terms and maintain accountability across channel partnerships.
Main Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
- At least two years' experience in related industry, familiar with local CCTV brands or IT customers
- Good communication skills, fluent in English or Chinese
