1. Scope of Work:

Site Manager ensures things get done on a construction site. They make sure that the building work is finished on time, within budget and to a high standard. They organize schedules of work, manage workers and deal with issues such as health and safety, logistics and the effects of the building.

2. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site operations to ensure projects complete successfully, meeting time, budget, quality, and scope. This includes proactive delay management and maintaining the Master Schedule with the Project Management Team.
  • Efficiently organize site facilities, logistics, and material requisitions, ensuring equipment suitability and timely deliveries align with construction schedules.
  • Enforce high standards for workmanship and materials, ensuring strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and all health & safety and quality standards.
  • Review payment reports for workers and subcontractors for accuracy, and proactively resolve operational issues on site, escalating complex problems with solutions.

3. Qualification & Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in construction site management
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drawing review.
  • Excellent knowledge of building methods, construction techniques, and the ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Proven leadership, team building, and motivational skills to inspire and guide your team.

4. Working Days and Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 11:00am to 1:00pm

5. Workplace:

  • Site Manager is based in Site/Branch of the department of construction.

6. Relationship:

  • Site Manager works under supervision & report directly to deputy construction director.
