Japanese Translator

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide information on the direction of the service strategy, the market, competitor trends, economic and market trends, internal resources, and the direction of the Daikin Group.
• Aggregate and provide various service data (KPIs, sales).
• Monitor, review and keep all service processes up to date. Point out areas for improvement in current processes to the service manager and drive potential changes.
• Translate all materials (training, messages) within the deadline.
• Provide interpretation support for meetings.
• Convey manager's messages in the local language to ensure they are understood.
• Corporate Ethics:
• Promote the Daikin Corporate Philosophy and ensure Core Values are adhered to in all company matters.

Main Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent translation and interpretation skills (N3 level)
• Ability to use Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate both internally and externally
