Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the retail sector, is looking for a Commercial Air Conditioning Specialist to lead B2B sales of RAC, PAC, and VRF systems. The role involves achieving sales targets, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and working with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF systems.
- Client Relationship Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with property developers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Collaboration and Support Work closely with internal teams (Engineer and CS) to ensure smooth execution and full client support.
- Sales Records Maintenance Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions following PACB's procedures.
Main Requirements:
- Industry Experience Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in air conditioning systems or similar products.
- Technical Knowledge (Sales Level) Strong understanding of commercial AC systems (including VRF), sufficient for technical conversations (not engineering-level).
- Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skilled in negotiation and issue resolution, ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Results-Oriented Focused on achieving sales targets, with strong organizational and time management skills.
