Main Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve set sales targets. This role involves daily oversight of sales activities, hands-on support in client engagements, and ensuring consistent execution of the companys B2B sales strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of consultative selling, and experience in managing high-performance teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the sales team, ensuring KPIs such as calls, meetings, and demos are met. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support.
- Sales Support: Actively participate in key client meetings, assist with lead qualification, and support team members in closing deals when needed.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team performance using CRM systems, generate reports, and address under performance early.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing for lead follow-up, and coordinate with Pre-Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Sales Pipeline: Maintain a personal pipeline to contribute to team targets and stay engaged in active selling.
Main requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in solution selling; SaaS or tech sales background is an advantage
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and office software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in Khmer and proficient in English
