Our client is a Cambodia-based MEP contractor with 16 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Medical Gas systems. They have worked on various projects, including commercial, residential, and high-rise buildings, while focusing on innovation, sustainability, and employee development.

Job Responsibility: 

• Collect, store, and analyze sales data.
• Ensure correct pricing and product availability.
• Understand product specs to meet customer needs.
• Lead and manage sales team performance.
• Organize staff schedules and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.
  

Job Requirement: 

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Business, or related field (Technical Engineering preferred).
• Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus).
• 3+ years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good self-management and motivation skills for a sales team.
• Analytical skills for forecasting and strategy.
