Responsibilities

  • Administering all steps in employee life cycle (keeping candidate pool, interviews, hiring, induction, training, resignation, etc)
  • Identify training needs and organize trainings
  • Stay updated on local laws related to labor, environment & other related ministries & ensure compliance
  • Point of contact with external agencies (e.g industrial estate matters, legal bodies, etc)
  • Upkeeping of employee records as per the needs of the company and legal requirements
  • Payroll support (attendance, leave records, OT report, etc).
  • Keeping all HR policies up to date and conduct trainings/announcements
  • Ensure compliance rules and regulations
  • Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Other tasks related to Admin and HR Department and assigned by line management

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, further training/credentials in HR field shall be a plus
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in Human Resources field
  • Good English skills (Listening, Reading, Writing) is a must
  • Understanding of labor laws and other local compliance areas
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience in any software related to HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Pleasing personality and good conflict resolution abilities
