ID Sales Supervisor
Report to: Senior Sales Manager
Overview
Sale supervisor will be responsible for revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing our sales teams potential, crafting sales plans and meeting the customers needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, contractors, hospitality.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Build and manage ID/LED pipeline.
- Forecast sale plans, reporting Moving Sale plans and project Win plans.
- Create and Implement strategies to sell ID products.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree or above of IT relevant Engineering
_At least 3 year or more experience in IT network integration sales
_Knowledge relevant to electronics product
_English listening, Writing and speaking
_Knowledge of electronic or high technology product
_Be able to communicate in English and well understand about computer literacy
_Excellent morality & professionalism
_Very good in interpersonal relationship & Sound of Relationship
_High patient and strong communication
_Curiosity, Result-Oriented, and player
