About the job Sales Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop plans, strategies and implement sales on insurance policies and internet products plans to meet or exceed sales targets set by management and grow market share.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including sales leaders and regional managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, agents, brokers, Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC), and other stakeholders.
  • Manage alliances and vendor relationships related to internet product and insurance policy.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets offline, online, and other sale channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to align insurance products and internet products with market needs, claim procedure, and risk management.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation with relevant departments.
  • Oversee meetings and trainings to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and internet regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.

Main Requirement:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the insurance industry and internet products.
  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) in insurance sales or internet products.
  • Ability to solve problems, strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends of insurance policy and internet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, work collaboratively in dynamic environment.
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
