Job Summary:
The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and implementing our clients retail and trade initiatives in line with both regional and local priorities. The goal is to support and enhance the company's brand and product presence in retail shops.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute the implementation of Retail Studio based on company guidelines and targets.
- Maintain the Retail Shop Concept standards by evaluating existing shops according to regional guidelines, ensuring strong brand image and excellent customer experience.
- Manage the rollout and annual implementation of updated key retail elements across all client shops.
- Ensure high-quality execution of key retail programs such as Master Painter Program and Retail Expert Program.
- Develop and implement key trade programs (sell-in and sell-out campaigns) to meet the companys sales objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits and lead evaluations to measure the success of retail program implementation in the local market.
- Oversee the allocation and distribution of marketing materials to all client dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Service Departments to ensure alignment and achievement of common goals.
- Maintain strong coordination with the regional team to ensure alignment on all retail and trade programs.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or retail management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good command of spoken and written English.
