Main Responsibilities:

  • To source supplier and negotiate to get right assortment with good cost
  • To generate product layout plan for store and maintain store shelf and inventory
  • To negotiate with suppliers to get best promotion plan by following marketing calendar
  • To check market surveys with competitors and market trend to update assortment
  • To create master list of detail suppliers + detail item codes (IML)
  • To involve and do for shipment/discrepancy/claim reports
  • To collaborate with all suppliers and related stakeholders for arrangement of
    order/delivery/return/payment/
  • To check the sale floor if there is any missing SKU and communicate to the sales team to full fill the stocks
  • To provide idea/knowledge/training of products to sell team
  • Conducting regular store visits and market research to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and address any potential issues.
  • To establish report, align with system generating and updating to the management.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and Finance, Marketing, and
  • Sales, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
  • To perform any functions & tasks as required by management

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in sales, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 1 to 2 years experience in merchandising, retail / inventory control;
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office Suite (intermediate in Excel, word, power point).
  • Excel skill: pivot, Sum, Subtotal, Sort, Filter.
  • Email: Be able to write and communicate with internal and supplier. Ex: please write E-mail to complain about discrepancy and claim to supplier.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, competency in either Japanese or Chinese (Mandarin) or other
    languages valuable but not required.

  • Working hours: Approximately 44hours per week; primary workdays shall be Monday to Saturday (Morning),
    8:30AM 5:30PM, with Roster schedule (sometimes).
